These Terms govern your use of Spaza Shop ("the Service"), operated by Spaza Shop (Pty) Ltd. By creating an account you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally entitled to run a business in South Africa. Suppliers must be duly registered businesses.
You agree to provide accurate information including a valid South African ID number where required. False information may result in account termination.
Suppliers pay a 3% commission on marketplace orders, plus a small buyer convenience fee. Full terms are provided in your supplier statement.
You may not use the Service for illegal goods, misrepresentation, or fraud.
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
